Hi Mprezzy, we can definitely do that!

I think it's worth noting that the answer choices themselves are not purely diagrammable. They are arguments that would need to be supported by the condition presented in the passage.

First let's look at the passage.

Truly great -> Original and Far reaching influence
NOT Original or NOT Far reaching influence -> NOT truly great

We need to find an answer choice that coincides with this condition.

A) Because of Pica's originality in his paintings, his art is truly great. However, the condition clearly gave two conditions that need to be satisfied in order for something to be truly great. Both originality and far reaching influence. We do not know that his work had far reaching influence.

B) Minor influence and original, therefore not truly great. This is exactly what the condition in the passage said. If art is missing either far reaching influence (bingo) or originality, then it is not truly great.

C) This is a reversal. This says that because this drumming is original and has far reaching influence, that it is truly great. However, we don't know that for sure. All we know is that truly great art is by definition original and has far reaching influence, not necessarily the other way around.

D) Because the art is not truly great, it is not original. In looking at our conditions from the passage, we understand that we know nothing about art that is not truly great. Art that is not truly great is a necessary condition. Not a sufficient condition.

E) This answer choice tries to switch terms on us. Broad popular appeal does not equate with far reaching influence.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
