Hi, I think we need to go back to the main point of the passage. The author is making the argument that Byron's self conception is integral to his poetry, as encapsulated by the final paragraph, and B reflects that main point. A does reflect something the author said, but the fact that lord bryon's poetry does not fit the mold of the typical great poet, but this is a concession the author makes. It is not the thing the author is trying to prove. Title questions are often main point questions in disguise.
