Just want to clarify
Answer choice A is the most similar to the stimulus but it isn't the exact same since answer choice A negates both the variables in the quantifier statement while the stimulus only negates one. Is that right?

Answer choice (A) and the passage make the same flaw. Both make an invalid Some statement by reversing and negating both variables in a Most statement.
The passage tells us: EPA - most - not SJ It takes this to falsely conclude: SJ - some - not EPA
(A) tells us: S - most - not MWP It takes this to falsely conclude: MWP - some - not S
We could also think of this flaw as reversing and negating one variable in a Some statement. The passage tells us: EPA - some - SJ It takes this to falsely conclude: SJ - some - not EPA
(A) tells us: S - some - MWP It takes this to falsely conclude: MWP - some - not S
Does that make sense? Please let us know if you have any other questions!
