Hi Jing Jing,

The issue with answer choice B is that we don't know that they disagree whether it is impossible to conduct research on the properties of snow later than February.

Which speaker would agree with this and which speaker would disagree with this? Lurano would definitely disagree. But we don't know that Jenkins agrees with this. All we know is that Jenkins would be inclined to think that it would be more difficult to conduct this research a month later, but not necessarily impossible.
