B and E are similar answer choices with a distinct difference.

Answer choice B states that the data on its own does not allow for us to exclude the possibility that some other sense in addition to kinesthesia is required for maze learning.

Answer choice E states that the data on its own does allow for us to determine that at least two senses are required for maze learning.

The issue with the argument is that we don't know that kinesthesia on its own is sufficient, there might be some other sense involved that is needed. But, we don't know for sure that at least two senses are necessary.
