Thanks for the question! (A) states that law does not cover all circumstances in which one person morally wrongs another. I don’t really think this is a question that needs to be diagrammed. But if you were to diagram (A), you could think of it as saying there are some circumstances in which one person morally wrongs another that the law doesn’t cover. So:

circumstances in which one person morally wrongs another <—some—> law doesn’t cover
