Confusion with J
I chose answer choice C but was in between C and E. I know J has to be in canoe one but does the game require that each person can only be used once. I know there are nine people and nine places in the canoes, but the game didn’t specify so I was thinking maybe each trip was at a different time. How are we supposed to know if it doesn’t explicitly say each person is used once, I know some games do you say that?

I think here, they're just relying on you to know that it's one canoeing trip, and there are 9 slots for 9 people, meaning each person gets a slot (since you wouldn't assume they leave someone behind). Should they explicitly say each person is used once? Probably. But in some cases, like this one, they kind of expect you to pick up on it. Hope this helps.
