I think that your version of the diagram is also valid, but it is not necessary to include "person" as a term in the diagram. We can safely assume that weaklings and fools are all people, so we don't need to write it. However, you can diagram in any way that helps you to understand the logic properly. In this case, the important thing is that you see how the flawed argument is formed. The word "person" doesn't change anything.

Premise: W --- some --- C --- some --- F
Conclusion: W --- some --- F
