Disagreement
According to the given explanation, the correct answer should be D. B is actually the opposite of what is described but is still considered correct for some reason.

We could parse this as meaning "Unless a person has freedom he/she cannot be at peace." or "IF a person does NOT have freedom, he/she cannot be at peace." which would give us not Freedom --> not at Peace or its contrapositive at Peace --> Freedom
We can see that the contrapositive is Answer choice B
Answer choice D would be "If a person did NOT have peace, they MUST have freedom."
