Please Help with Video explanation: minute 2:28 seconds to minute 2:31 seconds

Hi, Towards the end of the video, between 2:28 and 2:31, the instructor states that Hannah has to visit at LEAST four cities. But based on my math, contrary to what the instructor stated in the video, Hannah can visit at least THREE cities, NOT four. Even though answer-choice A is the correct answer in that it cannot be true, based on my calculations the least number of cities Hannah can visit is three not four. Here are my calculations: The cities distribution, based on the hypothetical in the first question of the game, yields to the following cities distribution: 4-1-1; or 3-2-1. The reasoning is: if Hannah spends 8 days in country X, there will be 6 days left. (Recall that the total number of days is fourteen exclusive travel time). So, The 8 days may very well correspond to three cities (two days at least in each plus the remaining two out of the fourteen days), which will then leave three cities to be distributed between Y and Z. In retrospect, the hypothetical in the first question allows two possibilities for the number of cities visited in country X, three or four, the least of which is three, not our as the video states in the last minute or so. Please get back to me on this, because I am concerned that I am making a fundamental distributional miscalculation.

@Mazen, thanks for your post.

I agree with your logic. Hannah could visit a minimum of 3 (not 4) cities within the 8 days she spends in country X. She would then spend 4 days visiting 2 cities in either country Y or county Z and 2 days visiting 1 city in the other. Nevertheless, the answer to #1 would still be (A).

Hope this helps to clear things up. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
