Hello, I can understand why answer choice A is correct; the stimulus states the only way for progress in a culture is progress from within without outside influence. Is E incorrect because it still allows for some sort of outsider influence? Is it incorrect because rather than saying all outsiders should be kept out of the school, it is saying that the correlation between progress and outsider influence is a sliding scale?
