General Logic Games Question

Hi, I have a question about the best strategy for approaching the logic games that I had more trouble with. As the video lessons have instructed, I fully intend on attempting the games I struggled with again, but I'm trying to decide when it would be best to do so. Should I wait to go on to the other lessons until I'm able to fully understand all of the example games? Or, would it be better to keep going through the LSATMax course and review the games again later? Thanks in advance for your response!

Hi @Delaenajoy, thanks for the question!

Repeating games is a great strategy for cementing the common ideas and inferences present in the game. It also helps to dramatically increase your speed, as many of the diagramming techniques will become mechanical. While there is no consensus on when and how often you should be repeating games, I would suggest that you repeat games that you struggled with very much immediately, or at least soon after. And then for games where you think there is room for improvement but not extremely, let them sit for a while untouched and then repeat after some time passes.

In general, not only for games, it is best not to fixate on a specific topic if you are struggling with it for too long. Definitely try your best to fix that issue, but then again, moving forward and allowing your mind to wander elsewhere will be beneficial when you come back to the material you we're struggling with.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you'd like to me to elaborate further.

Thank you! That helps, that was generally what I was planning to do, I don't want to dwell on one subject too long and end up wasting time.
