Video Example 1: Answer Choice E

I know that for example one in the video, the answer is E. But then he says, remove beautiful cats and you're left with the statement: some irritating cats are not Persian cats. I understand how you take the transitive statement and make it into a some statement: Irritating cats - some - Persian cats But then he says that answer choice E is still not valid. Is it because the main difference between them is "not Persian cats"? Answer Choice E: Irritating cats - some - not Persian cats Transitive statement: Irritating cats - some - Persian cats I am a little confused.
