Hi Mprezzy, thanks for the question.

E is wrong because destroying the evidence that the police has against a cyber criminal would make it tougher for them to actually convict the criminal. Without the evidence, there is no proof. This would strengthen the argument. And we are looking for something that doesn't strengthen it.
