I limited down the answers to A and B and I got the answer right because B just sounded closer than A. I was wondering though, isn't A a very similar flaw? By saying that if large stores won't be there than it won't be viable for shopping isn't that saying that no others stores can be there which can be used for shopping? That is, a conclusion that if large shopping stores cannot be there than no shopping can be there.
