For question/passage #3, I thought that "the U.S ranks far behind countries..." would be the overall conclusion and the premise is that "in the U.S, such committees are found only in few companies...". I was under the assumption that "far behind" is subjective making the passage an argument.
Looking at the other examples that use conclusion indicators such as "therefore" do most to all arguments in LR include these conclusion words? Are they mandatory to deciding if it's a conclusion?
