One of the rules to this game was that trains T and V could not be next to each other. yet in question 14 you allowed them to be next to each other. Why is that?

This was an error on Mehran's part in writing out the possible options. There are four possibilities, but the correct four options are:
(1) W S R Y T Q V
(2) W R S Y T Q V
(3) W S R Y V Q T
(4) W R S Y V Q T

Hi Hirschybar,
Are you referencing a specific question of the full game? In general, R could be first, although in question 14, we are given an additional rule that W is before R, so r cannot be first.
