Why can't K replace H?

In this question I feel like K can replace G and H can someone please tell me why H can't be replaced

Hello @Omar.Elgohail,

Consider the final rule: The two committees must have at least one member in common.

P: F H L M
T: G H J

Note that the only letter in common is H. K cannot replace H on either committee without violating this rule. The committees would have no members in common.
