Which one of the following groups must perform earlier than 10?

It seems like there is a scenario where G could be at 10.

Can't we have the North stage be P at 6, T at 8, G at 10, and then South stage L at 8, H at 10, and Q at 12?

Hi Izyat, thanks for the question.

In order to cross out this scenario we would need to pay attention to the second rule which states that G must come before H. In this scenario, G and H are both 10, which would make them at the same time and break the rule.
