For Question 14 with the law firm, why is answer B incorrect? How could J come before H when in the sequencing chain, H looks like it is definitely in front of J?

Those are independent chains. We know that HN come before G and also that KJ comes before G, but we don't have any rules about whether H comes before JK or visa versa.
