What is the difference between Main Point Questions and Main Conclusion Questions. Its always confusing when am dealing with such questions.

They are the same thing!

The main point of the passage is its main conclusion.

There may also be subsidiary conclusions in a passage; however, when addressing main point/main conclusion questions, you are always looking for the main conclusion of the passage.
