For All other statement negation
At 1:18:47 , the second sentence , the "there are lights...."
why can it not be a valid negation if I wrote it as ,
"There are lights in the night sky that can not be explained by aliens."
I understand it goes against the strategy you are suggesting, I still would like to understand the logic.

That would be an incorrect negation because we are not negating the primary verb. Instead, we would be focusing on changing a descriptive clause. When we alter a descriptive clause that starts with that/which/who, we are failing to negate the main action of the sentence. The descriptive clause can be removed and the sentence would maintain its primary structure, so altering the clause fails to make the significant impact we want.
Does that make sense? Hope it helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions!
