If Victor is assigned to bench 2 and Wanda is assigned to bench 4, which one of the following must be true?

Why can't J be with W?
In the explanation, she concludes that G cannot be with W, therefore H goes with W. However, there are no rules that prevent J with W, and doing so doesn't cause any violations of any other rules. What am I missing?

Rule #2 tells us that J is assigned to the bench numbered one higher than F, and Rule #3 tells us that F and V are assigned to the same bench. This question tells us that the bench V- and therefore also F- is assigned to is bench 2. Based on Rule #2, we can then assign J to bench 3. The question also tells us that W is assigned to bench 4. Therefore, J and W are assigned to different benches.
Does that make sense? Please let us know if you have any other questions!
