Spotting conclusions without straightforward key words in arguments?

Is the first line in this question the conclusion? I was debating between the first line and the last line when the author was explaining the reason.

You are correct! The first line in this stimulus is the conclusion and the remainder of the stimulus is focused on explaining how conductors can earn authority.

So there are no video explanations for each presented question? Also, are these questions from the real LSAT? I am familiar with the LSAT context and never came across a question designed in this example. Thank you.
