Ans Choice B

Hi, I read the previous thread, but the fact that we can support it from the passage would allow it to be inferred right? inference is must be true right? Thanks in advance!

Hi @ankita96,

Yes, an inference must be true if the information provided is true.

So, here the question is asking us which statement the author would most likely agree with based on the information in the passage.

Because this question also uses the phrase "most likely" this does not need to be a 100% match. Instead, you want to gain an understanding of the author's opinion by reading the passage and then apply that understanding to choose the statement the author would most likely agree with.

oh alright! So most likely would be dependent on which of the points the author more agrees to as opposed to the other?
