Really confused on this answer choice

On this question I picked answer choice D but to be honest I really just guessed. The question said to take out the rule where S is in spot 6. So then all we really have is R in spot 3. We know that T can go in either 5 or 1 but since we do not have S in 6 anymore we cannot figure that out. Further, how are we supposed to get the entire otherwise with only one house. Really confused and had to guess on this one.

Agree, this is knocking out everything we know about the game. So, we need to go back to our initial rules, because for a must be false question when we no longer have deductions, all we have are the rules. A violates the ranch Tudor rule, so we must pick a.
