The lady explaining how to go through the question stated that
"Quantifier don't have contrapositives". I wanted to know if she was just applying that to this specific passage or in general, in any passage.

Thanks for the question! Yes, that’s a general rule about quantifiers. Quantifiers in general do not have contrapositives, in any passage you come across. You cannot go from
A —most—> B
to
~B —most—> ~A
Though you can make a some statement
B <—some—> A
And that’s a general rule.
