Presupposition v. Supposition
The way I understand it, the difference between presupposition and supposition is that a presupposition is a premise one supposes to be true and continues as if it were true, whereas a supposition an an assumption that is made and is open to questioning. Is this correct or would you say there is a better differentiation between the two terms?
