Why do we not need to take "unique" into account

For this question, I got hung up on the word "unique". Jorge is saying that ownership of UNIQUE artworks with aesthetic or historical significance carry the moral right to... But there is nothing to imply in answer A that the picture of the dad is unique or has any aesthetic or historical significance. I'm wondering why this answer would be correct if it really doesn't satisfy the conditions given in the question
