Premises

I'm having trouble locating the conclusion, and i think this is mainly because i don't know what premises are and I don't know how to locate those.

A premise is just a statement used to support another statement. So if we say that "because the earth is round, we must use time zomes" the fact that the earth is round is a premise, that in turn supports the conclusion that we need time zones
