Thanks for the question! So saying that something will “occasionally” happens is saying that it’ll happen “sometimes” or that it will happen “some” of the time. So this is basically a some statement. Remember on the LSAT, “some” means “at least one, possibly all.” Here, it would mean that the faculty members would act at least once on that motive, but possibly every time. So the negation of “sometimes, and possibly all the time” (which occasionally means here) is “never.”
