This is a Bizarro Must Be True question. Therefore, the correct answer will be the one answer choice that is not necessarily true. The other discussion posts were explaining why (C) is true, not why (C) is correct.

Answer choice (A) is the correct answer for this question. Answer choice (C) is incorrect because it is true.
