This shows that M being in quality isn't a must be true because you have F in every committee and G in exactly two committee's.
Please help.

Never mind, I forgot to pay attention to rule 1, ugh! this is my problem sometimes missing the rules and getting the game wrong for a silly reason. The struggle with the LSAT is constant.
