"Musicians" in correct answer choice threw me off

I diagrammed the stimulus and correct answer choice correctly; however, what dissuaded me from the correct answer choice was the word "musicians" when the answer choice talked about Jazz musicians previously. I though that this was an invalid jump and didn't choose this to be the correct answer even though the diagrams matched up. Can you please explain why "musicians" and "jazz musicians" can be considered the same thing in this scenario. Thank you!

The shift between "jazz musicians" and "musicians" actually mirrors a similar one that occurs in the stimulus. The stimulus starts with two premises about "governments worthy of respect" but makes a conclusion about all governments.

B does the exact same thing, it has two premises about jazz musicians but draws a conclusion about all musicians.
