Im confused why in example 5 answer choice C where it states "is not moral and Intelligent" why he only crossed out moral but not intelligent. Wouldn't the statement "not moral and intelligent" be saying you need both, therefore, wouldn't you cross out both M and I?

If it were both it would say, "is not moral and not intelligent." I thought the same thing at first but looking back at it, it makes sense the way he only crossed out M and not I.
