Distinguishing strengthen w/ sufficient or necessary premise question stem

Although I know this question is under strengthen with a sufficient premise, I am having trouble knowing how I am supposed to distinguish a sufficient v. necessary premise question stem on the actual LSAT when given the word "assumption." In the lesson video, "assumption," "assumes," "depends," and "requires" were used as necessary terminology, so I'm a bit confused. Thanks!
