For Question #3 I'm still confused how R could be the answer
How could the answer be R when the rule says that the chairperson is a representative of the 2 selected.
Which I thought meant If M is the chair then that must mean 2 representatives must also be Tenants right?
And if there are 3 tenants total that must mean that there are 2 homeowners. G & K obviously can't be. All that's left is F.
I thought the rule meant that if a chair is selected, it's selected ALONG with two other representatives from which it was selected.
