I thought that most statements aren't reversible. If most statements aren't reversible then how did SPP-MOST-CNG become sufficient in Question #2?

Hi - can I please ask this same question - I am confused on this point as well. I thought you would need to reverse to CNG - some - SPP, which would not combine with CNG --> WLG? What are we missing here?
