She says A is the right answer (which I understand), but she just stops explaining and says to circle A and move on. Please give further explanation. I had it down between A and E and would like to know why A was the right answer. Also, the lady narrating never explains further answer choices after she finds the right one like the guy does.

Thanks for the question! So for why (E) is the wrong answer, remember rule 2, which tells us that the glasses are washed after the china or the utensils, but not after both. What does that mean? It means that it’s washed in between the two. So it’s either china, glassware, utensils, or utensils, glassware, china. So either way, a glass will be washed in slot 4, which means that the mug (a piece of china) can’t be washed in slot 4.
Hope this helps! Feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.
