A and B both seem correct. Couldnt narrow them down.

I am confused why B is wrong because it seems to be directly supported in lines 52-29. I narrowed the answer choices to A and B but decided to go with B because it seemed to have a clearer correlation. I read the other explanations but i am still confused.

Thanks for the question! Take a look at the section of the passage starting on line 51. We’re told there that drugs that block serotonin-mediated transmission can induce carb craving and weight gain. And people who crave carbs feel refreshed after eating carb-rich meals. So that rules out (B). (A), however, is supported directly by those lines.
