If a bridge directly connects K with O, then which one of the following could be true?

Should this be a cannot be true question?
I narrowed the answer choices down to 3 options, all of which seemed like they could be true. Answer choice B is one of the options I’d eliminated, since J can only connect to two islands by bridge, and has already made those connections with M and O, thereby prohibiting it from connecting with L via a third bridge. Any explanation of why this is the correct answer choice would be helpful! Thanks so much
