Request explanation on the answer.

Hello, I write to request full explanation on the answer, I'm still confused on how the answer was developed.

Hi @thechamp,

Thanks for the question! So here we’re given an “until” statement. “Until” statements are diagrammed like “unless” statements. Remember that X unless Y can be diagrammed either ~Y —> X or ~X —> Y. For example, “I won’t start until Bob does” is diagrammed

~Bob —> ~Me
Me —> Bob

So now let’s take this one. Well, we see that the first part is “you can never cross the ocean.” In other words, there’s already a negative there, so we have to remember to diagram that in as well. Using our “unless” rule, we get

~Courage —> ~Cross?Cross —> Courage

And that’s what (D) says.

Hope this helps! Feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

I think the answer was (A). Does your drill say (D) is correct?

Looks like that was a typo. He did says it's if cross then courage, which is indeed a, but probably mistyped d instead of . It is indeed a.
