Rule 2

Rule 2 states that lulu is in the last game how does it make any sense that lulu is playing against Panchi? Do we disregard this rule completely?

Thanks for the question! Well, take a look at the following example.

Game one: P and L
Game two: T and S?Game three: N and O
Game four: L and S

That has L in the last game and P playing L, and doesn’t violate any other rules.
