Answer choice D clarification

So I have read a few of the explanations and my question is why is D right? If you take Contrapositive of 3 so Not TLA==> NOT HE and SE- most- TLA you get SE - most- not HE. When I read that, it states most successful entrepreneurs are not happy entrepreneurs. The very definition of most means there are at least some (at least 1) that is happy which means this answer choice D cannot be the correct answer? SO why is it correct and where am I thinking that is wrong?

Thanks for the question! I think the issue here lies in the opposite of “most,” which is just “not most.” Which could be “none,” but could also be “some.” Some happy entrepreneurs doesn’t contradict anything in the passage.
