comparison between A and E

Can you explain clearly why E is wrong compared to A? when both of them involve M and show the same chart. in A, L is out M is in. and when L is out N is also out, which means R is in, so A is right. but on the other hand E also similar, when M is in and N is out, L is also out so R is in. in this aspect they are similar to each other. why is A right and E wrong. the only thing that it was summed out to, was that M is necessary in choice A and sufficient in choice E. is that the difference? can this be a quick way into choosing the correct answer and saving time?

The fact that one is necessary and the other sufficient is a huge difference! We are looking for what the effect is on the game, not that they just involve m. In the initial game N and M could both stay open. E bans this.
