Main Point (Premise vs. Conclusion)

Are there any tricks for determining what the conclusion is vs. a premise? I keep mistaking premises for conclusions. It happened on both questions 2 and 4.

I like the therefore test. If we say that X therefore Y and it makes logical sense, X is a premise that supports Y. Otherwise this is not the case.
