Confused

Doing the math, it seems as if the only way the same number of books can be approved is if more books were submitted for the second censor but the correct answer states that more books were submitted to the first censor. First censor: 100, (50%) 50 NA 50 A Second censor: 200, (25%) 50 NA 50 A Versus First censor: 200, (50%) 50 NA 50 A Second censor: 100, (25%) 25 NA 75 A Not sure what I'm missing!! Thank you for your help!

Good catch! For future reference, the first censor approved half, but the second approved three quarters.
