Question about diagramming a premise

"They have no moral rights or responsibilities." In regard to the previous sentence, should this be diagrammed as a "no" statement? I thought you would diagram this as N -> MRR since you would have to take the negation of "no moral rights.." Should you only interpret it as a "no" statement when no is at the beginning of the sentence?

While you could diagram this as a no statement, I don't know how useful it would be. To say that nations have no right or responsibilities means that if something is a nation, then it has no rights or responsibilities
