Question 10
Why is it NOT increase productivity 10% -----> Bankrupt and not "increase productivity 10% -----> NOT bankrupt"?
When we have "No or Not", don't we negate the necessary conditional?
In those question isn't it as If had a "NOT" before the increase productivity 10% (even if its not write the NOT)?
Thank you. :).

This is because increasing productivity by 10% is necessary for the company to not go bankrupt.
Therefore, if the company does not go bankrupt, then they must have increased productivity by 10%. Conversely, if the company does not increase productivity by 10%, then they will go bankrupt.
Not bankrupt --> Increase productivity by 10%
Not increase productivity by 10% --> Bankrupt
