If Center 3 recycles glass, then which one of the following kinds of material must Center 2 recycle?

Why couldn't Center Three recycle Glass, Newsprint, and Tin making it so that Center one has to do plastic and Center Two would do Wood and Newsprint. Meaning that the material that Center Two would HAVE to recycle would be Wood because if they didn't recycle Wood no other center could making it violate the condition that every material gets recycled at least once?

In this scenario that is true that 2 would have to take wood, however your scenario is not the only possible scenario. It is also possible to make a scenario in which 3 doesn't take n and t, and thus 2 doesn't have to take w. This is a must be true question.
